iLaunch is the iContacts program launcher.
While iLaunch program is running, your tap on the Contacts icons will launch iContacts application, not Psion Contacts. Pressing Ctrl + Fn + Contacts icon will show you iLaunch control module (the picture above) that allows you to stop the program using Stop and exit button. By pressing Hide iLaunch button you will throw iLaunch to deep background. While in deep background you can't see the program but it's still working (with the lowest priority and takes no more than 5 kB of memory).
